i was in KFC. so while waiting 4 my parents 2 complete the take away order...
so i was sitting down. THEN... this waiter come along and with a huge smile on her face...
she says "can u w8 over there pls?"
u want 2 ask also get rid of tht gigantic smile1st or ignore the service with a smile rule.
the kitchen staff also bodoh. they go prepare so few chicken pieces. so after order adi,
we had 2 w8 half an hour 4 them prepare somemore chicken. got a lot more ppl also had w8
tht was the main reason y we ate so late
